Licensed clinicians evaluate your health information to determine treatment options. Prescriptions may be filled through partner pharmacies.
4. Payments
Consultations, prescriptions, and care plans may require out-of-pocket payment. We will disclose fees before processing your order.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel prior to clinician review for a full refund. After review or prescription, refunds are not guaranteed.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, follow medical guidance, and notify us of changes to your health status or medication usage.
7. Limitation of Liability
StatWellMD is not liable for damages arising from improper use of medications, undisclosed health information, or third-party services.
